"I remember one day when I was doing a makeover for a customer, and when I finished, I handed her the mirror. She started to cry, at the time I thought I did something wrong, but that was not the case. The customer was crying because she never thought that she could look so pretty. From that moment I knew that this is the industry I need to be in. If I can help someone feel good about themselves, by applying makeup, then everyday at work has become a nice reaffirmation of my career choice."
